The email confirmation you received when you registered your child for one of OSU's programs is your official receipt. Please keep this receipt for your records.

If you no longer have that email confirmation, contact Colleen Heslip, OSU Club Administrator at admin@osu.ca. Be sure to include the following information in your email request:

- full name of the registered player

- name of program and year
